Dear patients,
After four wonderful years of caring for the women of North Dallas at Carlos & Parnell, I write to you today to inform you that I will be leaving the practice with my last day in the office being August 14, 2026. It is only after months of prayer and counsel that I have decided to step back from full time practice in order to find a better balance and dedicate time to my growing family. In what capacity I will return to practice is not yet determined.
I will treasure my time at Carlos & Parnell. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me during some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments of your lives. From routine visits to life-changing milestones, it has been an honor to walk alongside you in your healthcare journeys.
You remain in the capable hands of my four partners Dr. Monica Diaz, Dr. Wendy Parnell, Dr. Rachel Gunderson, and Dr. Shanica Pompey. The providers at Carlos & Parnell will continue to be available for your obstetrical and gynecologic needs and will ensure continuity of care. Your medical records will remain confidential and maintained by Carlos & Parnell. Copies of your records may be obtained or transferred to another physician upon your written authorization in accordance with applicable law. Requests for records may be directed to:
